Day 13 already and I can’t believe I have just one more day on level 2 before I move to level 3, eek!!!  I still don’t feel super comfortable in level 2, all those planks and shoulders still kill me.  Though I do feel stronger through the moves I sometimes think I am not doing them correctly like I have my butt too high in the air, so I lower it and talk about hard, wow.  I am excited scared to see what level 3 has in it.

I have been doing better on my diet and decided I will eat healthy throughout the day and then only a slim fast for dinner.  I really need to lose a few more pounds before our bay trip.   Which I have a little over a week to train.

The Sisterhood of the Shrinking jeans starts a new challenge tomorrow and I got assigned to the Gold Team,  Go Gold Go.  The members are Tirah, Jen, Christie , Sandy and Andrea, go visit them  them if you get a chance!!

Other other non shredding  news, it looks like we are going to get a new kitten, little Chloe.  She’s a white/gray kitten that my day care provider is giving us because her children have allergies to her.  Since the loss of my 2 sweet kitties, Sable & Whitey I will be happy to have another house cat.  She’s very mild mannered for a kitten and is great with children so I think she will fit in great with us.

  3. i’ve been lazy about shredding, although i have been (sort of) keeping up with my other workouts so i hope all is well come weigh in time tomorrow.

  4. I’m a little behind on my blog reading, so this is the first I have heard of the Shred plan. But it’s funny you mention it because just last night my sister was talking about doing it and now it’s got me curious. I’ll be interested to hear about your progress – good luck!

    See what putting your butt down does!! I can hardly do a sissy pushup now that I am keeping my butt out of the air…..It makes the exercise so much harder!
