PhotobucketI believe very strongly in pointing out the things you are thankful for.  I try my hardest to focus on the good things in life and not the negative so in hopes of doing this more often I am going to start a weekly post called Thankful Thursdays.  Of course I am thankful for the “big” ie: god, family, etc.  So I am going to try and be point out the little things in life to be thankful for this week specifically.

  • I am thankful for a rain, we’ve finally gotten plenty this past week though now we might have a hurricane headed our way, lets hope it dies off.
  • I am thankful for coffee with (a splash of fat free french vanilla creamer) gets me through the early mornings and long afternoons
  • ImageChef.com - Custom comment codes for MySpace, Hi5, Friendster and more

  • I am thankful for our garden we have an over abundance of bell peppers and jalapenos I have had fun using them in recipes!
  • I am thankful for good friends (I had my college roommate and her husband come visit last weekend and it was so good seeing them and the boys took to them as you can tell)
  • PhotobucketPhotobucket

  • I am thankful for start of a new school year ( I work for a college so this is always a busy exciting time.)

I would love to hear what your thankful for as well.  Please write about it and then Mr. Linky at the bottom of the screen, please be sure to link directly to your thankful Thursday post! Can’t wait to read them!

  1. We had a ton of fun playing with your boys and getting to hang out with ya’ll! You are very blessed! My husband was so excited to have made your blog page…lol

  2. I am thankful because my husband and I were really praying for our finances and how we were going to make one income work after we had a lot more income before. It has been working out one thing at a time and then tonight we got a $500 check from a family member as a wedding gift. We just got married 3 weeks ago! 🙂 It was a blessing we didn’t expect. We are richly blessed!
