Last week I did a tales from the crib post so I thought I would do one from the chicken coop. Cribs and Coops that about sums up my life lately. I spend lots of time cleaning each.
As I’ve might have mentioned before chickens are such curious, funny, little personalities, they like to be in the thick of things and check everything out themselves, because they never know where a tasty bug might be hiding.
To further my point I saw my 3 best gals (Pesky, Sally and Toe) on top of the boys playhouse last week.
They were so excited about being up there but then immediately were looking for a way down.
I thought fit that they surely go down the slide, so I coaxed each of them over to the slide, and they each went down the slide, silly ladies.
Of course they can fly so they slide about 6 inches and flew the rest of the way. I didn’t get a shot of them flying because I think they thought I was going to catch them and they each flew directly towards me.
So funny! I know what you mean about cleaning up messes – you should read my post about “crying over spilled milk”…yep, I had one of those crazy days except it wasn’t just ONE!

If you happen to get a video, you should send it in to America’s Funniest Home Videos. It must be hilarious to see a chicken go down a slide!
