This week I start the 30 Day Shred Challenge.  It shouldn’t take up that much time, only about 26 minutes, but the soreness and therefore grumpiness I can count on.  I really dislike being sore.  I am also planning on putting up some of my fall decorations, I really hope this spurs some cooler weather, I can dream can’t I?

Last week we enjoyed:

Cajun Chicken Pasta (my favorite way to eat okra and peppers this summer)

Bandito Dogs

Cheeseburger Soup

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Stuffed French Toast with fresh fruit (recipe to come)

Eggs and  fresh fruit

Cereal

Dinners:

Sopa Aguada de Fideo with cheese quesadilla’s (basically the Mexican version of noodle soup and grilled cheese)

Potato pancakes with avocado mash and eggs (recipe to come)

Pork Chops with okra and side salad

Meatloaf with sweet potatoes and mixed veggies

  1. Soup season is definitely coming…but I’m sick of the 92 degree days here in Georgia. They are horrible! I refuse to make soup unless it’s at least 75 degrees outside 🙂 Great week planned!
