I have a few projects lined up for this week, number 1 is get the boys big boy beds, yes I know were kind of late in that game, but they just love their cribs, and do so well, but now it is time.  Project #2 is to clean out my pantry, I have a infestation of pantry moths, they live in everything, just once I think I have taken care of them I see one flying around somewhere.  So I am taking every, pasta, flour, rice, oatmeal, etc out of my pantry and throwing them away.  It will hurt a bit, because my pantry is stocked, but then I can go buy new stuff, fun fun.

Last week we enjoyed:

German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Bacon, Eggs and biscuits

Cereal with fresh fruit

Eggs and  fresh fruit

Dinners:

Cajun Chicken Pasta (my favorite way to eat okra and peppers this summer)

Steaks, Sweet potatoes, and jalapeno poppers

Bandito Dogs

Cheeseburger Soup

Photobucket

Snacks and desserts:

none for this week

  1. Ugh, I had those pantry moths once. I had to get rid of every single thing except for canned goods. What a pain!

Good luck with the bed transition! I found it to be easier than expected. 🙂

  2. Those moths are so annoying! It makes me want to invest in one of those matchy-matchy Tupperware sets. Since I’m not a millionaire though, I just keep everything in Ziploc bags now. Super classy!

  3. Thanks for the comment! I am really excited about the Patty Melts, I mean what’s not to love about them? And I am thinking I might have to try that German Chocolate Upside Down Cake very soon, it looks delicious!

  4. Your menu looks great! That cheeseburger soup is on my list of things to try, actually I think every recipe you post is on my list of things to try 🙂 Sorry about the moths, that really stinks.

By the way thanks for stopping by my blog!

  5. I think I’d cry if I had to throw away my stockpile! But I understand completely! As for the big boy beds, Hunter is still in his crib because he loves it. He was 2 in June so I think he might be kind of past it too. We’ll wait a little longer I think. 🙂
