Tuesday: Sloppy Joes with Corn fritters (recipe to come)
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Throw together night, sandwhiches, cereal,etc
Friday: Fish in foil (recipe to come)

I’ve been seeing lots of mini meatloaves around the web lately..I’ll have to give it a whirl. I’ll bet my kiddo would love his very own meatloaf on his plate.
