I am back to menu planning, oh how I have missed my organized household and kitchen.  Things have been crazy this pregnancy, between not feeling well and having no energy, we ate out lots, had more frozen pizza than I’d like to admit.  But I am so happy to be feeling better and back in the kitchen.

I am also couponing again!  Our stockpile was finally getting low so that’s become a fun new way to get save money and get some great deals too and stock up on diapers!!!

What are you serving this week?

Last week we enjoyed:

Coconut Shrimp Curry no pumpkin

Sticky Chicken

Chicken and Spinach Enchiladas (used 2 cups of the sticky chicken)

Chicken Fried Steak  with mashed potatoes and corn

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Peanut butter and banana roll up
Meal Replacement Shakes (part of my protein boost each day so grow these babies)
Fried eggs with toast and fresh fruit

Dinner:
Chicken Wings with celery and carrots
Mexican Chicken Stew (using sticky chicken stock and chicken)

Scrambled Eggs with asparagus (our chickens are laying like crazy so good and uses lots of eggs)

Smothered Chicken and Rice (a family favorite and so easy)

  1. I am so glad you are feeling better, I have missed your post. I think I will come to your house this week for dinner because your menu looks great!

    Also glad you are back to couponing, I really miss your HEB post since it is one of the only stores I have to shop at.

  2. @Amber, Thanks Amber, I may start doing a recap post of heb and walgreens, the only store I have to shop at too. I did save quite a bit this week at HEB using their in store coupons.
