Happy New Year everyone.  I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and spent lots of time with loved ones.  I will admit that getting back into the groove of things is hard.  It was really nice to take a break from blogging and facebooking, and just focus on my family and friends.  But, it’s also nice to be back, I’ve missed my online buddies.  As far as menu planning goes, I am keeping it simple this week.

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Blueberry Muffins

Cereal with fresh fruit

Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and fresh fruit

Dinner:

Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry

Goulash

Easy Homemade Pizza

Snacks, desserts, drinks, other:

Granola Bars
