I’m back, I’m back from the hell hole of sickness, and we survived.   Though now I swear I have a cold, ugh……  Anyways I am feeling well enough to leave the house, not sleep all day, and actually put on a little make-up, so yea!!

I also want to say thanks for all the sweet comments from my sickness blog post, it really made me feel good to know I have so many online buddies wishing us well.

This week I am keeping the menu pretty simple, a few of our favorite but super easy meals.  I know it is spring break for many but just a normal week for us.

  1. Glad to hear you’re feeling better!! Did I ever tell you I tried your patty melt recipe awhile back and it was SUPER delicious??! The kids were all weirded out by the fact that I used bread instead of hamburger buns at first but they were in love at first bite!
