  1. I bought a head of cauliflower at the store this weekend so I could make the fritters…and I took a chicken out of the freezer yesterday so I could make sticky chicken tonight.

Does it make me kind of stalkerish that I pretty much use your menus on most weeks? At the very least, hopefully it’s more flattering than it is creepy.

  2. The weather here is “if-y.” 70˚ one day last week, snow last night, rain today, more snow tonight. BUT, the maple sap is running and my husband (on his day off) is working on kitchen renovations so my day is bright. Love your idea of posting your weekly menu on Mondays. Thanks! I’m going to try the cauliflower fritters for supper.

  3. @Helene, No it just makes me like you so much more!! That and I am glad someone is getting something out of my menu’s! Hope you enjoy the fritters and sticky chicken, I have one in the crockpot now!

  4. @cherise, I love love love you maple taps, I still think that is the coolest thing ever! Our weather had been crazy the past two weeks but hopefully that is all gone now. Hope you guys enjoy the fritters.

  5. We loved the fritters! I ended up having to run the cauliflower through the food processor so it was smoother than I intended but the flavor was great! Next time I’ll cook it a little longer before trying to mash it. Great recipe. It even won out over deep fried corn fritters that night. Next thing I’m trying is that fried garbanzo bean salad. : )
