Today is our final weigh in at the Sisterhood of Shrinking Jeans and I am happy to report I have lost 2 more lbs!!! So total in all for this challenge I’ve lost 7lbs I almost can’t believe it.  I haven’t done the shred since last Thursday, so I  attribute my weight loss to stress.  From Little W breaking his leg, yet again, and problems at work I have been eating less. PS: I don’t recommend losing weight this way, not fun!

Also I have started eating more fruits and veggies and really watching what I am eating.

  3. Ok so I came back to read more of your posts to see if I was just a really big wuss or if you thought Level 2 was hard as well. Because of my *ahem* inconsistencies in the beginning, I’m just now getting there. Today was my 2nd day. Know how on Level 1 she was always saying you could take a 5 second breather? Well I didn’t do that all that often. Level 2…I’m totally takin’ some 5 second breathers. Or some 5 second stop to commiserate w/myself “omg my shoulders are killing me I can’t do this – okay its just one more omg she said one more tough it out”

  5. I think I have gained your 7 lbs. I have been bad!!!! NO EXERCISE and eating homemade ice cream has killled me. I have had a lot of fruit though and fresh veggies.
