Welcome to Holiday Treat’s week here at Newlyweds.

To start us off I am sharing the world’s easiest Chocolate Peanut Butter fudge recipe.  Ok so it might not be the world’s easiest but it’s easy, really simple, quick and yummy.  A great recipe to take to a last minute party or event.  It’s one of those recipes that I also always have the ingredients for.  Not only that but its chocolate and peanut butter, can I get a wha-what??

Just 3 simple ingredients: 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, 12 oz jar smooth peanut butter, 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

In a glass bowl pour in the chocolate chips and peanut butter

place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes

stir half way through the heating

While its heating cut parchment paper to line the inside of the 8X8 pan

Then add the sweetened condensed milk to the chocolate mixture

stir well

go ahead and have a little sample

Then pour into the lined dish  and refrigerate for a few hours

Remove and cut into squares

Be sure to share some too.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

12 oz jar smooth peanut butter

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

In a 1 1/2 quart glass bowl melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave for 3 minutes.  (Stop and stir halfway through and stir well when done)

Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well blended.  Pour mixture into an 8 by 8 inch pan that is lined with wax paper and refrigerate to chill.  Cut into one inch pieces and serve.

Easy and delish!

  2. Mmmm…Peanut Butter Fudge. The hubby would love this…will make it when he starts that addition on our house after Christmas. Might give him incentive to finish it in a reasonable amount of time!
