Something wonderful has happened in our household over the past few weeks.  The boys have become best little bubba’s (which is what they call one another).  They are constantly playing and even sharing and hugging one another.  It’s literally is the sweetest thing I have ever seen and every time it happens all on its own it just melts my heart.  They really like each other.  One of my many worries when I found out I was pregnant with twins is if they would get along, and enjoy each other.  I don’t worry anymore.  Now don’t get me wrong they do occasionally tussle and fight over a toy, but not very often considering they spend almost every minute of everyday together.

Here they are enjoying a ride on the 4-wheeler (Little W in the driver’s seat), hold on tight Bubba it might get bumpy.

They love to read together and make funny animal noises

and Little H spotted Barney, “Here Mommy I will sit in your lap and you read it Kay?”

and best of all (insert sarcasm) they love getting dirty together, it makes them feel better about their dirt addiction if they have their Best Bubba as a partner in dirt crime.

It just warms my heart I tell ya.

  1. They are absolutely adorable “Bubbas”! 😀 It is always a delight to see siblings doing things together. 😀

  2. Your twins are so adorable! Love the excited faces they make at the books – my boys always loved Eric Carle books, too. Hope they are always Best Bubbas!

  3. How adorable! I love their faces when they’re reading, and the fact that they call each other Bubba! Make sure you get some video of them saying that, because you never know when they’ll stop saying it and move onto something else!

  4. omg they are SO CUTE!!!!
I’m actually a twin too: my sister and I are super close even though we live in different states and still manage to fight all the time 🙂

  5. Adorable! I love it when my kids love on each other too… Thankfully, they almost always get along. And yes, it is heartwarming!

  6. Those boys are just too cute, Jenna. I love seeing pictures of them, especially when they’re being mischievous.

I think every parent worries whether their kids will get along. I worry if we should have a second to keep the first company, and then I worry that maybe the wouldn’t get along if we did. It’s a vicious cycle, isn’t it?
