We celebrated the boy’s 3rd birthday last weekend with a tractor themed party.

We rented this “train” that you pull behind a lawnmower.  Really that’s all they needed, they could have ridden this thing all day, it was a hit.

We also had my niece’s bouncy house.

and a tractor tire full of corn, and dinosaurs and roaches buried inside (plastic of course)

they used their beach toys to dig around and find the special surprises.

It was a genius idea, but not mine, thanks Coal Creek Farms.

The young and even “young at heart” enjoyed riding the train.

I just love my Pop-po!

Heck, who could blame them, it was fun!

We had a tractor birthday cake!

Each boy had their own little hay bale, and it wasn’t even noticed till much later that little W’s name was misspelled, ha ha.

It happens to the best of us, and no I didn’t make the cake, though I seriously wish I was that talented, maybe one day.

Wow, how do I love these guys.

*Little H in the red, and Little W in the green

Blowing out candles.

My babies aren’t 3 right, this is someone else little cute Blondie’s.  I am in denial.

After cake and ice cream, more riding, jumping and digging.

And then presents of course.

They had plenty of helpers, and wanted to play with each toy as it was opened.

Overall it was a great time, and the boys had so much fun, that’s all that really counts, right?

Happy to list @ Life as Mom

  1. What a great themed party! My son will be 3 next June. He already loves dragons, dinosaurs, tractors and cars. Your boys are so adorable! I know you are enjoying them immensely!

  2. What a cute theme! Your boys are adorable! And Pop-pop reminds me so much of how my grandpa used to look…I think it is the hat and that warm smie!
