This is a recipe my family and I have been eating for many years and we absolutely love it.  When we get our first cold spell we always always cook Texas Soup, its just so warm and comforting plus healthy, tasty and easy to make. Which is always a top priority in my opinion.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef, 1 onion,1 large can diced tomatoes, 1 can rotel, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can black beans, 1 large can Hominy, 1 bag frozen corn, 1 packet taco seasoning, shredded cheese, Fritos and cilantro for garnish

Shred Muester cheese, did I mention I love Muenster cheese? Its so creamy and melts absolutely perfect in this soup.

  2. We have not made this in a while. It is sooooo good! I keep the ingredients for it handy as a last minute meal. A few years a go we gave out the recipe with all the ingredients to friends.
