I’m confused about what RR’s are. Also, how do you find all those coupons? How do you manage to remember them when you shop? I tend to stuff mine away and then forget about them. I don’t have any kind of “plan” which bums me out b/c I know we could be saving tons of money!
Helene- yes it is very calculated, ha! I usually have the help of other blogs, like moneysavingmom.com and also a wags weekly flyer, then I see what RR (register rewards) deals are going on and if there are any coupons that match, I check coupon matching on hotcouponworld.com they have a huge coupon database. I also get 3-4 papers each week and save them by writing the date on the front of them. So last sunday was the P&G coupon booklets, so the date would be 9/28 PG. I usually always buy more on PG weekends.
Register Rewards- are Cash Register Tape coupons that print after you purchase certain items, for instance I bought 5 Softsoap body washes and received a 10RR, that you can use like a coupon on your next purchase.
One tip for WAGS is if you bought 5 items and used 5 coupons but would like to use a RR you will need to by a filler item, that is why I am using the halloween pencils for .20 a piece. HTH
Alicia- yes this is the wording on the coupon, but my store allows it as long as the total is 20.00 before coupons.
