So after skipping a few days of exercise last week I jumped right back in yesterday with no excuses even though it was my birthday and I seriously thought about not shredding, I did.  Had a good workout, but ate pretty horribly the whole day, and topping it off with a slice of lemon cake.

This morning I shredded again on level 3 and it’s still kicking my arse.  The jumping pylometrics are hard.  But I am pushing through and hope to see some weight loss this week, though I am starting to think its probably impossible because of my eating bad most of the weekend.  Though I am seeing some definition in my legs and arms and stomach, yea!  I have started wearing some shorts that I couldn’t fit into last year, so that’s great.  I guess I am losing inches.  I am also finding it easier to do the push up’s and some of the plank moves,  I never thought I would, yea!

  1. Happy Birthday (late)! I definently noticed more inches lost than lbs while shredding, so good for you for getting into smaller shorts! Keep it up…you are halfway thru level 3!!!

  2. I’m so sorry I forgot to wish you a happy birthday yesterday! You’d think I’d have remembered! I was sick in bed all day yesterday–best b-day ever, ugh. I hope yours was better than mine.
