Stretch (moan) move (moan) ugh.

Yes this is my way to describe how I felt getting out of bed this morning, sore!  But not to discourage anyone being sore is a really good thing, it means I worked my muscles and they are on their way to change.  Now if I wasn’t sore then that means I didn’t do anything.  So its good, sucks but good.  Mostly I feel it in my calves, thighs, and chest shoulders, a bunch of muscles I didn’t even know I had.

Through the soreness, I did Shred day 2 and it went really good, I tried to do things more full out without any breaks, and its hard!  But so worth it.  It really does go by fast.  And I feel more energy throughout the day an added bonus.

  1. I didn’t shred yesterday! (creeps down to avoid smacking) But I think I mentioned I was in NYC with out of town family so I had NO desire to shred once I got home!! I’m going to try very hard to make time today!! Good for you, I’m glad you’re liking it!!

  2. Congratulations! Is this 30-day shred 30 days straight? OUCH! I mean, great, but I hope you don’t pull anything or hurt yourself. Maybe get some muscle ache reliever?
