Day 17th- Second day on level 3 and I really am feeling it, the ab work is really great and I am sore on my side obliques, yea!!  Fighting a cold but had enough energy to work out.

Day18th- no working out, feel like crap, sick with a head cold. Though DT and I did have a date night, with Mexican food, margarita’s and candy, eek!

Day 19th- same took off work felt bad all day, but noticed that I can’t relax, like if I lay on the couch or in bed I am thinking about all the stuff that I could be doing, so annoying.  Ate mostly well though I made an avocado pie, and yes its just as disgusting as it sounds, lol!

Day 20th- Today I didn’t work out this morning, but I am going to this evening, even if it kills me!!  I already skipped 2 days I can’t go another day.

  1. I started the 30 day shred again over the weekend. My legs are sooooo sore! I did skip yesterday, but will do it again tonight. I got a yoga dvd that comes with am or pm routines, I want to use it along with the 30 days and hopefully it will help me stretch out some of this stiffness!

  2. I have yet to start the Shred. I hope to start it next week. Sounds like I will be sore though.

  3. Well, I haven’t eaten yet today and it’s nearly 4pm. Weird. When it gets hot i eat less. I’m thinking of taking yoga….sorry… I’m trying to avoid feeling shamed by someone who’s actually working out. Ughhhh. not working.
