Ok is everyone now officially bored with my daily Shred updates,  ha ha!!!

Wow day 12 this morning so unmotivated and I feel like each day on level 2 gets harder and harder, seriously why is this?  I think I am pushing myself harder and harder, I thought my shoulders were going to burn off this morning, so killer.  And then to make matters worse I decided to weigh myself after the workout and I was up 2 lbs!!  Granted I did drink a lot of water, but seriously 2 lbs,  now I am mad.  At myself for indulging in peanut butter cookies, and homemade marinara sauce over the weekend.  But I am going to be much stricter this week, and hopefully by Wednesday weigh in I will be down even more.

I thought diet and exercise was suppose to be easy?????????  Yea right.

  1. I’m about to move on to Level 2 of the Shred. I have a love/hate relationship with that DVD! I love that I am already seeing results, but I hate doing it sometimes!

    I looked at that Shred video and just about died. I think I’m going to stick with my biking for the moment *L*

  5. I did my shred today!
    Keep up the good work, and the 2 pounds had to have been the water!
    I almost weighed myself today after my workout but I remembered the liter of water I had and didn’t. I dont want to needlessly bum myself out!
    I am sure when you weigh in on wednesday you will see a drop 🙂
    I am going to check out this sisterhood of the shrinking jeans out…sounds interesting.

  6. It was probably the water, but you could just be building muscle, which could account for *some* of the weight gain.

    I have a tendency to weigh myself first thing in the morning, completely undressed and before breakfast…that seems to be my most accurate weight. (I have don after and it fluctuates up and down erratically) I still haven’t been dropping any weight the last 2 weeks…I’m pretty much stuck and I have been *pretty* good (I did eat at McDonalds on Saturday…) diet wise…

    But, keep up the good work…I think level 2 is the most evil part!

    I should get off my butt today and do my level 3…I only have 4 more days to go and then it’s on to belly dancing!
