I woke up bright an early weighed myself for my Shrinking Jeans weigh in and much to my delight down another 1 lb, so in total that is 6 lbs in 6 weeks, since I have began my shredding journey.  I am so happy.

Since I completed each level I decided to start over with level 1 again, and it seemed like a really good work out, I added so arm weights to the squatting boxing and butt kicks, and can you believe I am sore, so yea that’s great that each level works slightly different muscles so it I know that its doing something.  Love that.

I have been eating really well and trying to keep the majority of my food consumption at breakfast and lunch and then for dinner I am just drinking a slim fast and a piece of fruit.  I am not going to lie some days its hard, but for the most part I am getting use to eating less.

If your curious in following my journey through the 30 day shred check this out.

So how did you do today?

  2. hmmm well I just ate a big sandwich and a cup of soup out for lunch. I should probably just eat a salad for dinner. Maybe I should invest in some shakes too. heh.

  3. Congrats on the success! I admire you sticking with the 30 day shred – I’m still doing the dvd, but it just doesn’t seem to work out for me to do it everyday… but after the 4th I will move up to level 2!

  5. FANTASTIC!! Love to hear about everyone’s successes — I started Level 3, 2 days ago and honestly I don’t feel like it’s nearly as gut wrenching as Level 3… but I’m trusting her —

I’m also going to do it from the beginning again… Mr. R says I’ll get a lot more out of it because I’ll be able to do the moves more strongly and I think he’s right —

    YOU GO GIRL!
