Well we are now on week 10 of being out of our home due to the remodel. Yes I said week 10, hard to believe I know, but trust me WE all know it. It’s so time to be finished with this. But we have at least one more week.
Monday: Texas Soup
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Steak, Carrots and Asparagus
Wednesday: Mushroom & Egg Casserole (recipe to come)
Thursday: Hearty Cabbage Soup (recipe to come)
Friday: Fried Shrimp, fries and cole slaw
