This week I am starting the Advocare Cleanse again!  I am super excited to start, I’ve had such great success and feel so good when I am cleansing I look forward to it every 3 months.  I am hoping to lose another 5-10lbs like I have in the past. My meals this week are all diet friendly to the cleanse, and delicious too!
Last week we had:

Breakfast Pizza

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Avocado Egg

Peanut butter and banana roll up
Scrambled eggs, toast and fresh fruit
Lunch:
Salad in a jar– make a weeks full and keeps in the fridge for 4 days.

Dinner:

Mini Meatloaf, sweet potato and mixed veggies

Crock-pot Jambalaya with brown rice and fresh okra from the garden.

Thai Turkey Tacos as lettuce wraps, so yummy.

Snacks, desserts, drinks, other:

Banana Ice Cream– 2 ingredients, banana and cocoa powder
