Wow, how fun was yesterday?  The boys had a blast dressing up, trick or treating and handing out candy.  If I can get their cowboy outfits off of them today, it will be a miracle.

On other news the Pumpkin Link-up was a great success, thank you for everyone that link-up and visited the links.  I am so amazed at some of the awesome recipes, I just can’t wait to try them.

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Chocolate Pumpkin Oatmeal

Eggs, toast and  fresh fruit

Cereal with bananas

Dinners:

Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Soup) (recipe to come)

Scrambled eggs over Asparagus (the chickens are laying like crazy, this is my fave way to eat scrambled eggs)

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Snacks and desserts:

leftover halloween candy!

  1. Looks like a yummy week! Do your hens ever slow down on egg production? Or is the weather warm enough to keep them laying all winter?

  2. My 2 YO asked me if we could go trick or treating again today. 🙂 They’re so much fun!

The Cajun Chicken Pasta looks wonderful!
    Have a great week 🙂
