DT and I are on our second week on the Sugar and Gluten free diet, last week was fairly easy.  I experimented with a new sugar and gluten free dessert that turned out excellent (recipe below), I even made a prepackaged sugar and gluten free brownie mix.  We’ve been eating tons more fruits and veggies which is excellent and its going well.  Though I must admit at times it is hard.  Like when I am craving a piece of toast but I have a recipe to try this week.

Last week we had

Blackberry Cobbler (Sugar and Gluten Free)

Orange Cinnamon Buns

Mushroom and Egg Casserole
