My favorite crock pot recipe is All Day Tacos. Use either a chuck roast or a pork shoulder (whatever size you need) place it in the crock pot and pour 1 full packet of taco seasoning over it, cook on low for 10 hours. Shred the meat and add in another full packet of taco seasoning and a jar of your favorite salsa, mix together and cook on high for half an hour. Eat in your preferred method for tacos with all of your favorite toppings! Delicious!

Any beef roast. I sear it on both sides first. Add one can cream of mushroom soup mixed with one pkg. of onion soup mix. Cook on low until the meat is tender and falls apart. About 8 hours or longer depending on the size of the roast. You can also add sliced mushrooms.

As a kid my favorite thing was definetly queso – my mom would make a big batch and take it with us to parties and potlocks. I’m a soup lover now, so that would probably be my first creation if I win! Thanks for a great giveaway!

  29. My favorite recipe is SO SIMPLE!!! Crockpot roast. Simply take a small roast and cover it in dry soup mix (like onion soup mix) and wrap the roast tightly in foil (you may need to place into two crisscrossed pieces) and place in crockpot and cook on low for about 5 hours. Remove from crockpot and let rest (do not uncover yet) for about 20-30 minutes. (Optional for a thickened sauce) Open and pour juices into a small sauce pan and in a small dish take two teaspoons of cornstarch to 1/4 cup of cold water and mix well and add to the saucepan and while whisking, cook on medium until desired thickness for sauce.
