I am very excited and curious about this process - as I was completely unaware of saving the summer tomato crop in any fashion except canning - which, let's face it - who wants to heat up the kitchen that much in the middle of summer? Can you tell me more about how you do that? Any special steps? And can this work for large, Roma and cherry varieties? Please, please tell...

HOLY COW!!!! You could start your very own Farmer's Market!!! Those vegetables are beautiful and I can't wait to learn more about your gardening. Like I said before, we planted a small one last year and we're going to expand a little this year. I'm so excited!!!
