
This week I am starting the
Advocare Cleanse again! I am super excited to start, I’ve had such great success and feel so good when I am cleansing I look forward to it every 3 months. I am hoping to lose another 5-10lbs like I have in the past. For more information about the cleanse please ask me or see this post about the

My meals this week are all diet friendly to the cleanse, and delicious too!
Last week we had:
Breakfast Pizza

This week we have planned:
Breakfasts:
Avocado Egg
Peanut butter and banana roll up
Scrambled eggs, toast and fresh fruit
Lunch:
Dinner:
Mini Meatloaf, sweet potato and mixed veggies
Crock-pot Jambalaya with brown rice and fresh okra from the garden.

Thai Turkey Tacos as lettuce wraps, so yummy.

@Amy Walker, ohh and also thai turkey…I’ve got some peanut thai sauce in the freezer I need to use…great idea!
