Ripped in 30 is officially done! Under my belt! Completed!! Can I get a Woo Hoo? I may be a little excited about this. Folks this video is no joke ( I think I say that every time). But seriously a great exercise. Wonderful, hard, will push you to your max kind of workout. Then you do it again and push even harder.
There is nothing quite like that feeling of sweat, exhaustion and completion all in one. Like thank the lord it is over you couldn’t do another move. Sounds intense, but really that’s what get you results. And speaking of results my official Ripped in 30 workout video results are in.
I’ve lost 4lbs in the past 4 weeks and a total of 20lbs since I’ve started losing weight in mid February. I’ve done each level of Ripped in 30 either 5-6 days taking a 1-2 day break on the weekends. I’ve eaten fairly well, but not perfect. Lets face it on Easter I went a little over board on eating, but who didn’t. I eat real food, I won’t deprive myself of that, but I watch portions and make healthier choices 90% of the time. Did I enjoy a Dewberry Lemon Pudding Cake? You bet your bottom dollar I did. I am very happy with those 4lbs.
But the real difference lies in the inches. I lost over 15 1/4 inches. Dropped 2 inches in my chest, waist, hips and thighs each and a full inch in each arm!
Now lets see if the pictures prove it. The pictures on the left are from day 1, and the pictures on the right are from today.
No laughing at my big guns!
And I am not done yet, I will continue working out and keeping a weekly log of my weightloss and work outs. Next up will be JM’s Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolismand Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones. I will do a week of each video.
