Woo-hoo, 4 weeks completed. I feel wonderful, exhilarated, strong, powerful, and mighty after I am finished with the workout, but during? Oh, during the workout that’s a different story. See, level 2 and me aren’t buds, in fact, level 2 despises me as I despise it. I am not sure what I dislike so much, but the combination as a whole has me panting and begging for it to be over, and before I know it, it is. The video is only 25 minutes start to finish. I can do that. Heck, I’ve birthed 2 babies, I can do a 25 minute workout. These are the thoughts that run through my head as I am wanting to quit and take a break.
Next week starts level 3, though it is harder than level 2, I like the combination of exercises much better. So I am looking forward to my weekend break, will probably go on a run or do the elliptical one day, and rest the other.
I am going to share something with you all that I can’t believe I am doing. But with that said I am so amazed at the difference 1 month of healthy eating and exercise can do that I decided to share it with you all. For anyone who thinks they can’t, won’t or it will take too long, looky here, just 1 month progress pictures below. I did lose 12 pounds and started shredding on February 20th.
I have been eating really well and tracking my calories with myfitnesspal, and also doing the 30 day shred workout videos. To jump start my weight loss I did the Advocare 24 day challenge and that got me started eating really clean and healthy.
The first pictures are from February 14th and the right pictures are from march 14th, I never did believe in 1 month I would see such dramatic changes in my body.
I still have a ways to go, but I was so very encouraged by these photos. I am not sure there is any stopping me now!
