I’ve decided to embark on the 30 day shred challenge once again.
As you may remember, I’ve done this challenge twice before and had excellent results, each time losing 7-10 lbs, and I felt so strong. But each time, slowly fell off the shredding wagon.
What I learned from last time is that support from others is what really helped me get through this and stay accountable. Or, the
threatening encouraging emails helped, too.

Instead of doing the 30 days straight I am going to workout Monday-Friday, taking Saturdays and Sundays off for rest. So I will do each level 2 - 5 day weeks. It takes a bit longer this way but is easier on my body. I love the days of rest. I am not going to lie, this video is killer, but that’s what makes it so successful in shredding those pounds.
I am going to start shredding bright and early Monday morning.
