A week ago we had 8-9 inches of rain in over a two day period and it resulted in some damage to a few of our peppers and tomato plants, and we lost over half of our potatoes due to them being ready and we weren’t able to get in there to dig them up, [...]

Howdy, y’all! Welcome to my blog world. I am Sweet Pea, a 20-something Texas native and a newlywed…well, almost. We wed May 2006. Shortly after we were blessed with identical twins boys born November 2007.

My husband, whom I lovingly call Double Trouble (DT), owns and operates a trucking company, and we use our CB handles as our names here.

I however recently converted from a working mom to a stay-at-home mom. I love the new challenges that it brings and enjoy sharing my triumphs, messes, and adventures with you. I hope you enjoy reading about our busy lives with babies, cooking, gardening, trucking, and bargain shopping.
