Trampoline Hair

March 31, 2010

My parents still have our child hood trampoline that my brothers and I played with for hours and hours on end. Where I learned to do front flips and cheerleader jumps.  The same one on which I knocked my front tooth loose when I was about 4 and it ended up falling out. I had to wear a retainer with a little bitty front tooth attached until my real front tooth grew back about 2 years later.

Photobucket

With all those glorious memories, who am I to deny my sons that same fun, minus the tooth loss and under watchful eye of course.

Little H was slightly nervous at first, but then he went at it full force, fanny flops and all.

Photobucket

Did you/do you call them fanny flops?  You know where you bounce and land on your heiney aka fanny.

Let’s not forget that lovely static cling that happens when jumping, which ultimately results in getting shocked.

Photobucket

The only down fall to the trampoline in my opinion.  I just hate being shocked which means I always get shocked.

Photobucket

Though it does make some cute hair pictures.

I can just imagine how much fun they had. My son has only been on those exercise trampolines and he still had a blast on those.

You know they’ve had a good time when they’ve developed that staticy hair do and their big smiles shine! I love reading all about it! :)
