Love those bright yellow yolks! I have some happy chickens too – once you’ve had fresh eggs like that – you are spoiled for life! I’m always looking for new egg recipes – and this looks great! (I even have tomatoes in the freezer!)

Well, I’m not really an egg person but I would LOVE to know how to freeze tomateos and what they are good and not good for when defrosted.
