This is far and away my favorite Ingrid Hoffman recipe. I think it’s the only show of hers I’ve ever seen. LOL! We love these and have them all the time. I like the idea of using pico de gallo in it.

Oh yes! I am making these this week. Avacados are on sale 2/$1! I might be the only one eating them (they MIGHT surprise me) but that is OK with me Thanks for cooking with FNCCC!
