Menu Plan Monday

November 16, 2009

mpm-1

I have a busy week ahead, we have the boys 2nd birthday party this weekend, and my house is a wreck, so I will be doing some major cleaning and organizing.   But we are serving Bandito Dogs, and Crock-pot pinto beans.  My Aunt Sue Sue is providing the Elmo and Cookie Monster Cakes, I can’t wait for the boys to see them, they will just love them!  If you couldn’t tell we are having a Sesame Street themed party.  It should be lots of fun!

So on to menu planning last week we had lots of yummy foods

Tomatillo Chicken with refried black beans

Chocolate Pumpkin Oatmeal

and

Pink Grapefruit Cocktail

This week we have planned:

Breakfasts:

Eggs and Toast

Monkey Bread

Yogurt and fruit

Dinners:

Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy (recipe to come)

Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Photobucket

For the party

Bandito Dogs

Crock-pot Pinto Beans

Photobucket

Desserts,  Snacks and Drinks

Molten chocolate baby cakes (recipe to come)

Happy birthday, Sweet Boys! Grow well and learn fast! Congratulations on making it through two years of twins, J! Give the camera to someone else this weekend, you’ll have enough to worry about.:-)

You are wise to be so organized and to plan your menu. I like that you show it to us along with photos.

Happy birthday to your precious babies! I am sure it will go well. Elmo always makes things fun.
