This week is weigh in # 7 at the Sisterhood of Shrinking Jeans and unfortunately I did not lose or gain, I stayed the same this round.
This week I have been doing level 3 of the shred and I’ve only been working out 3 times a week, and walking a few times during my lunch hour. I love doing each level of the shred on different weeks, because each level works different muscles, like today my side obliques and inner thighs are sore. So I think its good to change it up a bit. On my diet I haven’t been eating the best and I need to get stricter again.
I think I am spoiled on my 20 minute work outs, does any one know any other really good 20-30 minute work out videos?

i’m amazed at yall that are still shredding. maybe my goal to finished up the challenge is to shred some this coming week. (although i will be waiting till my a/c is fixed)

well you did better than i did that’s for sure! kudos for maintenance! i LOVED gilad’s videos. i tape them on FIT TV and do them off the dvr. HE ROCKS! He does the “total body sculpt” and stuff like that. anyway, good job this week!!

You go girl! I shredded today too, and walked! I was just getting ready to blog about it but I came here first. Unfortunately I can’t tell you if it is doing me any good, because I haven’t done it consistently enough, but I’m trying to do better. It is making me sore though, so surely that counts for something?!

I LOVE Turbo Jam’s cardio party. It’s 40 mins, but it flies by!! And it’s so much fun! I promise!
