We can't imagine life without him now! And we had date primarily via letters and the phone since we started dating while my husband was in basic training a time zone away and then he got stationed in Germany after all his training was done. It really does make you focus on getting to know each other and developing a strong foundation for your relationship. Our dog helped make us more of a family too.
