		<description>I hope to get enough cucumbers to try a recipe like this this summer. Have you ever tried lacto-fermenting pickels? It&#039;s the way sauerkraut and kosher dill pickles are made. I haven&#039;t perfected my recipe yet, but it&#039;s super easy. You cover the vegetables in a salt brine and let them ferment until they are sour. I&#039;m sure I&#039;ll post on fermenting pickles soon, but if you check my blog you can find my sauerkraut recipe.
