30 Day Shred

May 19, 2009

I was recently checking out a fellow blog Hi Jill, all in which she was talking about how to die a slow and painful death by a video from Jillian Michael’s (my favorite trainer from The biggest loser) called the 30 day Shred, I was immediately intrigued, especially when she admitted to being so sore, that she might die.

Why would this intrigue me?  Well I need to lose weight and fast, we have a trip planned to go to the bay in less than 30 days, and I would like to tone up as much as humanly possible in this short amount of time, and this video is suppose to be just that to shred you up……..

So who’s with me???  Anyone?? Seriously think about it.

Here is a link to amazon, if your interested, but I know its also available at Wal-mart or Target.  Mine should come in a few days and I will log my progress.

The video is only 20 minutes long, but from what I read the 20 minutes goes by fast and you feel the results fast also.

Come on anyone??  Pretty Please, this will be fat burn shredding tearing it up fun.

(ps. no I am not selling this product, I am just really excited about it)

Are you nuts? Jillian could kill a gal! lol
No, she’s awesome. She is just about the only woman that actually DOES scare me a bit. :)

Thanks for visiting my blog!

I wish you lots of luck! The 30 Day Shred can be pretty intense (especially level 2) but you will notice improvement in just a few days.

I don’t know how much of my journey you’ve been reading, but I didn’t notice much in the way of weight loss until I paired the shred with watching my food intake. If you are looking for weight loss in addition to toning, I suggest starting a food journal. It’s helped me immensely!

Good luck and I can’t wait to hear what you think if Jillian after the first couple days!

That sounds like a lot of fun. I’d join you but you need to ask me in say three months from now. Good luck!

You can do it, you can do it!! Yay! :) I can’t speak for you, but with regard to Sara’s comment above…she is probably 100% spot on, but I can only commit to one thing at a time. And for now that is sticking with the exercise! I’ve got to prove to myself that I can do it!

Yeah, Jillian is awesome! And I’ve been really wanting to do this video, too. I’ve been “working” out of wii fit, and it hasn’t done a thing, so I need to try a new dvd. Let us know how it works for you!

Ha! I just read Jill’s blog about this – i didn’t know you were doing it too! Now you’ve got me thinking that I’ll have to check it out. Actually, my sister has it so I just may borrow it. :)

I tried the 30 day shred last month. I was never very consistent with it but I do remember it got easier as I did it. The first couple of times were really rough. Good luck!
