Another week of using meat from our freezer, I dug in there and found 2 whole chickens, so I knew what that meant, Sticky Chicken!

Those pictures are great! Are they all from your meals? If so I want to visit you! I will have to check out the sweet bean burritoes and the PW pasta recipe…they both look too good.

I love roasting chicken in the crock pot. So easy and delicious. Lately I’ve been putting potatoes in the bottom and then, after the chicken is done, using the cooked potatoes to make Crash Potatoes from PW’s site. Awesome!

Speaking of which, I made your fish in foil packets this weekend. Did mine with chicken as I don’t eat fish. HUGE HIT with DH, so delicious. Yum!! And so easy which always gets you extra points in my book. Thanks for posting it.

Your menus always look so yummy!!! The PW Ranch Chicken looks awesome but why does she always have such fattening recipes on her blog??? I recently made her Marlboro Man’s Steak Sandwich because my hubby was dying to have red meat for a change. I could almost hear my arteries begging for a break.
