Health & Fitness Goals

It has been 1 month since I have implemented these health and fitness goals and some very nice things have happened. I have energy, the thing I thought I had lost forever, I feel good! I look forward to my walks and exercise and I always feel refreshed afterward. I have lost 3 lbs!  Yea! [...]
