Exploring the joys of marriage

Next post: Thankful Thursday

Howdy, y’all! Welcome to my blog world. I am Sweet Pea, a 20-something Texas native and a newlywed…well, almost. We wed May 2006. Shortly after we were blessed with identical twins boys born November 2007.
My husband, whom I lovingly call Double Trouble (DT), owns and operates a trucking company, and we use our CB handles as our names here.
I however recently converted from a working mom to a stay-at-home mom. I love the new challenges that it brings and enjoy sharing my triumphs, messes, and adventures with you. I hope you enjoy reading about our busy lives with babies, cooking, gardening, trucking, and bargain shopping.

hahaha, that’s funny!
Right now my daughter (1 yr) points and says “eh” at the tree. I’m pretty sure if I leave the room she will climb up it.

lol…I can totally relate. My 3yo tried to eat a glass ornament when she was 18mo old. Scary – so now with a 8mo old there are only lights on our tree.

Too funny! I can’t keep my two little ones away from the tree. We had to put a play-yard around it!

What a great idea!!!

Yea…. I have two little ones.. luckily they aren’t really into messing with it too much.
But we have one large tree and two small ones around the house, so they have a lot to look at!

I remember those days…

That is great LOL. My lovely angel daughter is a terror so we did not put up our tree this year, first time ever! I am sad but better than continually picking up a knocked over tree LOL

Too funny! I love it!

Now why didn’t I think of that? I lost 4 candy canes to the exhibits this morning!

I came for WW but found myself intrigued by the Walgreens post! I work for Walgreens.
I posted a long lost photo today and have concert pics of Casting Crowns Christmas down on Monday’s post.

This is great! And cute!

Very cute! We used to only decorate the top half of our tree. Now that was sad!

That’s so cute!!! We put up a baby gate around ours but it doesn’t seem to deter them too well, as they like to stick their small arms through the gate and try to pull at the ornaments! They are determined little boogers!
