I have a pumpkin crunch recipe that is almost exact. I have never had apples added this sound so good and so much better. I will try yours next time.

I made this the other day but for some reason thought the whole thing was supposed to have the texture of cake, so I overcooked it a bit before I gave up and figured I messed it up.. then I realized that the bottom would probably be like pumpkin pie. That’s right, right? I hope so because I ate it. lol. It actually is really good though!

This is similar to something we make called Pumpkin Pie Cake, similar to yours without the “crunch.” But I may have to try this soon. Looks yummy!
