Well we were very lucky hurricane Ike missed us but instead hit Galveston straight on and sat on Houston for several hours creating lots of damage, debris and major power outages. Howdy, y’all! Welcome to my blog world. I am Sweet Pea, a 20-something Texas native and a newlywed…well, almost. We wed May 2006. Shortly after we were blessed with identical twins boys born November 2007.

My husband, whom I lovingly call Double Trouble (DT), owns and operates a trucking company, and we use our CB handles as our names here.
