		<description>When baking in glass dishes or dark pans always reduce your oven temperature 25 degrees.  So next time bake you bake in those cake pans (or any dark metal) do it at 325 degrees and the cake won&#039;t bake so fast and will be more moist.  All my cake baking pans and cookies sheets are aluminum and so are the Wilton cake pans. Just a helpful hint from Aunt SueSue.</description>
